There is a new play about the American Bloomsbury. It is about Fuller and includes Hawthorne, Emerson and Thoreau. I am trying to decide if I want to go see it. I think I will try. I think the dynamics between that group were very interesting and it would be cool to see someone's take on it. Although I read the sources the writer used and I had read them for my thesis. But the article said it was funny.

Is "But the article said it was funny" pejorative for you? Maybe I'm misunderstanding your tone.
The reason I gave just before that-that I had already read the sources she used to write the play-was a reason not to go, so I was saying that it being funny was a reason to go.
I think this is one of the reasons I am not getting any jobs-I can't communicate through writing myself, let alone teach others to write:).
I really don't think you should mistake my lack of reading comprehension as any inability to communicate on your part.
Oh, but that is not what I teach my students:). Especially when I am asking them to write with more clarity.
Meh, you've got a couple of degrees, so if someone doesn't understand, it's not your fault.
