I hope your thesis is going better. Oh, and speaking of Emma Thompson, I just saw a movie with her, Brideshead Revisited. If you've seen it I would love to talk about it with you.
No, I haven't seen Bono's movie. The critics didn't give it much praise though. Bono does look very nice. The U2 clips I find just by looking around and the funny youtube clips are shown me by various family members (Lisa showed me the 5 second videos). I wish I could find them on my own, but I wouldn't know where to look. I'm running out of the ones that my family has shown me. I haven't seen Brideshead Revisited either. I will have to see it and then we can talk.
Marie's comin to Cali! YAY! I did see the movie a few years ago (Million Dollar Hotel)and I am confident in saying that it is not for everyone, not even every U2 fan. If you are comfortable with Reality abandoning the realistic and sacrificing none of its truth or authenticity in the process, then you will be okay with this movie. It's more a series of saturated moments that had to be strung together somehow, so there is a plot and a point, but they take backseat to the moments and the intention of each. I am okay with that, I actually kinda liked that about it, but I can see where it might drive some people nuts
